Exhibitor Spotlight | Zhongke Jinding (Beijing) New Materials Co., Ltd. — a full‑chain specialist in the research, development, and manufacturing of the “king” of high‑temperature‑resistant engineering plastics: polybenzimidazole (PBI), with an annual production capacity of over 100 tons.

Zhongke Jinding (Beijing) New Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of polybenzimidazole (PBI). PBI is currently one of the highest‑grade high‑temperature‑resistant materials in the world, boasting exceptional thermal stability, mechanical properties, and chemical resistance. Owing to its outstanding characteristics—such as superior heat resistance, flame retardancy, radiation resistance, electrical insulation, strong adhesion, and excellent mechanical strength—PBI is widely employed as a core material across numerous fields, including aerospace, defense, nuclear energy, hydrogen‑powered vehicles, energy storage, next‑generation electronic connectors, firefighting, and protective apparel.

A New-Generation Power Grid: Stronger, Greener, and Smarter

During the 15th Five-Year Plan period, more than RMB 5 trillion will be invested to expand the capacity of the West-to-East Power Transmission project to over 420 million kilowatts.

Last year, the total electricity consumption of national computing power centers reached 170 billion kilowatt-hours.

Last year, the total electricity consumption of national computing power centers reached 170 billion kilowatt-hours, accounting for 1.6% of the nation’s total electricity consumption.

Petrochemicals

PBI (polybenzimidazole), a high‑temperature‑ and highly corrosion‑resistant specialty material, has a decomposition temperature exceeding 600°C and can operate stably at 310°C over extended periods. It is well suited to the demanding conditions of the entire petrochemical process, addressing the limitations of conventional materials. In oil extraction, PBI is employed in downhole high‑temperature, high‑pressure seals, logging‑tool housings, and fracturing temporary‑plugging components, ensuring operational safety and enhancing production efficiency.

Aerospace

PBI (polybenzimidazole) boasts exceptional thermal stability, high strength, radiation resistance, and lightweight properties. With a decomposition temperature exceeding 600°C, it can operate continuously at temperatures above 310°C, making it ideally suited to the extreme operating conditions of aerospace and defense applications. It provides critical material support for advanced equipment and is widely used in three core sectors.

Industrial sector

PBI (polybenzimidazole), a high-performance specialty polymer, boasts exceptional properties such as outstanding thermal stability—with a decomposition temperature exceeding 600°C—superior resistance to aggressive chemicals, high mechanical strength, and excellent electrical insulation. It is well-suited to demanding industrial conditions, addressing the common drawbacks of conventional materials—namely, rapid aging and premature failure—and finds extensive application across numerous critical industrial sectors, thereby underpinning safe and efficient operations in manufacturing.

Semiconductor field

PBI (polybenzimidazole), as a high-performance specialty polymer, boasts exceptional thermal stability, ultra-high purity, and outstanding resistance to strong corrosive environments. It is well-suited to the demanding operating conditions of semiconductor manufacturing, making it the material of choice for high-end equipment and critical components, thereby providing essential support for the industry’s move toward higher value-added applications. In core manufacturing processes—particularly in the etching stage—ultra‑high‑purity PBI is employed for chamber seals, lift pins, and other components, helping to minimize wafer contamination and improve yield.

Membrane material

PBI (polybenzimidazole), with its exceptional resistance to high temperatures and strong corrosive environments, as well as its gas‑separation and ion‑conductivity properties, has emerged as a core substrate for advanced functional membranes. PBI membranes are tailored to meet the demands of demanding applications, finding widespread use across diverse membrane‑based fields, addressing the limitations of conventional membrane materials, and underpinning the advancement of membrane technologies.

Pioneering the liquid‑flow energy storage sector, Zhongke Jinding made a striking debut at the CFE 2026 exhibition, drawing significant attention.

On March 17, the CFE2026 Sixth China Flow Battery Energy Storage Conference and Exhibition was grandly held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. As a high-tech enterprise in the new materials sector, Zhongke Jinding (Beijing) New Materials Co., Ltd. made a striking appearance with its core products and technological solutions. The company’s booth attracted a steady stream of professional visitors and industry experts, making it one of the most closely watched highlights of the event.

Zhongke Jinding has developed a new high‑thermal‑conductivity electronic packaging material and is conducting application testing.

Recently, the R&D team at Zhongke Jinding (Beijing) New Materials Co., Ltd. has completed laboratory-scale development of a novel high‑thermal‑conductivity, electrically insulating encapsulant. The material’s formulation has been optimized to deliver both superior thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation, making it well suited for electronic device packaging applications with standard heat‑dissipation requirements.

The R&D Center of Zhongke Jinding has successfully passed the annual surveillance audit of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
